Sink/Swim/Fly is composed of stories of nostalgia, love, uncertainty, and self-discovery.  A social media feed whispering lies like a love song.  A half-cut reunion that leaves you spinning.  A quiet voice in open water, calling out for something — or someone — before the current pulls them under.  But ultimately, this album is the story of what it means to be human.

Back o’Skiddaw is about a place that’s always meant something. It speaks to memory and meaning. There’s love in it, and there’s worry too — the kind that creeps in when you realise even the places that feel untouched might not stay that way.

Hometown is about the things we carry around without meaning to — memories, regrets, old places, people we let go of (or who let go of us). It’s about growing up a bit, messing things up, trying to say the right thing too late, and going back home just to see if it still feels like home.

Written in the fallout of political mess, personal loss, and too many long nights wondering what’s next, this EP features a mix of reflection, frustration, and hope that refuses to fully die out.
